Join GoTo as a Compensation & Benefits Partner within the Global Compensation Business Partnering Team. This role involves implementing GoTo's rewards philosophy, partnering with various teams on compensation decisions, including base salary, bonus, and equity. You will also develop new hire exception offers, create retention offer scenarios, participate in annual and mid-year merit cycles, and provide analytical reports for workforce planning and compensation budgeting. The position requires leading compensation analytics for business projects and contributing to compensation program administration, workforce planning, and budgeting.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's in HR, Finance, Statistics, or Business Admin
  • 5-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Knowledge of job evaluation, compensation modeling, salary surveys
  • Understanding of business priorities and stakeholder support
  • Familiarity with tech company compensation practices
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to crunch and analyze large data volumes
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
Good to have:
  • Experience in a corporate HQ environment
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English

As our Compensation & Benefits Partner, you will be a member of the Global Compensation Business Partnering Team, A team where the main mission is to independently facilitate key compensation outcomes for their designated client groups with centrally developed products and coreWorking alongside bright minds in GoTo, you’ll be parts of the team that bring happiness to your partner!

What You Will Do
  • Implement GoTo’s rewards philosophy and principles in compensation-related decisions and processes
  • Partner with People Business Partners, Business, Recruitment, and Finance teams on compensation matters including but not limited to: Providing consulting on base salary, bonus, and equity programs. Develop New Hire exception offer modeling. Create retention offer scenario analysis and compensation modeling to retain the best talent. Participate in the Annual and mid-year merit cycles to ensure smooth execution. Provide analytical reports in relation to workforce planning and compensation budgeting. Coordinate people movements’ impacts on compensation budget and overall cost impact to the organization 
  • Lead & manage compensation analytics to support business projects
  • Be a key contributor and collaborator on a range of Compensation topics including but not limited to compensation program administration and projects, workforce planning, budgeting, etc
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, and Business Admin are preferable
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits in a corporate HQ environment Prior knowledge and experience in job evaluation, compensation modeling, salary survey methodologies, and business partnering
  • Demonstrate understanding of Business priorities and challenges, and able to support the business and partnership with the relevant stakeholders at all levels to provide relevant and sound information required to support business decisions 
  • Familiar with compensation and benefit practices in technology companies  
  • Numerate with excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, including the ability to effectively translate complex ideas into written presentations
  • Ability to crunch and analyze large volumes of data
  • Ability to work independently within a highly dynamic and ambiguous environment, while also having a good collaboration with cross-functional partners including People & Culture (PAC), Business, Finance and other stakeholders. 
About The Team

Group Total Reward is a C&B Center of Expertise (CoE) that provides subject matter expertise on the end-to-end of total reward strategy to solutions as well as global oversight on core C&B processes.  With a total of 9 team members that are based in Indonesia and Singapore, this team Interfaces and works closely with the broader PAC (People and Culture) team to provide world-class HR products and solutions to enable and accelerate the globalization and growth of GoTo.
