Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻

• Minimum 7+ years of specialized experience in tax compliance, advisory, and regulatory frameworks across diverse industries I Top Talent in Every Role 
• Prior exposure to multi-jurisdictional tax environments, preferably covering India, the U.S., and international operationsI Build & Make Magic
• Experience with Transfer Pricing documentation specifically for Indian income tax compliance I Top Talent in Every Role 
• Experience in gaming, fintech, or digital services industriesI Top Talent in Every Role 
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency taxation and virtual asset reporting requirements I Top Talent in Every Role 
• Familiarity with tax compliance software (TaxJar, other tax filing systems)I Be Insatiably curious & keep Improving
• Understanding of real money gaming taxation and compliance frameworks I Top Talent in Every Role 
• Experience implementing tax compliance processes in scaling organizations I Build & Make Magic
• Advanced degree or specialization in International Taxation I Top Talent in Every Role 
• Strong background in high-growth, dynamic, and scaling organizations — experience setting up tax processes from scratch is a plus I Owner not a Renter
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and external advisors in navigating tax and compliance complexitiesI Pro-Sports Team

You will 📲

• Operations Oversee all aspects of tax compliance across our multi-jurisdictional operations, including:
• Indian tax requirements: TDS returns, GST filings, tax audits, ITR filing, and IT/GST assessments
• US tax obligations: State sales tax returns, 1099 filings, withholding tax compliance
• International tax considerations: Transfer pricing documentation, international withholding requirements
• Cryptocurrency-related tax compliance for stable coin integration and alternative payment solutions
• Operations Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all statutory tax filings and returns
• Analytics Develop standardized processes for tax data collection, validation, and reporting
• Strategy Stay current on tax law changes and assess their impact on business operations

• Strategy Provide strategic tax planning guidance to optimize the company's tax position
• Strategy Analyze tax implications of new business initiatives and product launches
• Strategy Research and implement tax-efficient structures for cross-border operations
• Leadership Develop tax risk assessment frameworks and mitigation strategies
• Leadership Advise leadership on tax considerations for business decisions and growth plans

• Operations Ensure compliance with gaming-specific tax regulations in all jurisdictions
• Strategy Monitor changes in tax legislation relevant to real money gaming operations
• Leadership Coordinate with external tax advisors on complex compliance matters
• Leadership Represent the company during tax assessments and inquiries from authorities
• Operations Maintain documentation of all tax positions and supporting materials

• Leadership Design scalable tax compliance frameworks that can grow with the business
• Analytics Identify opportunities for automation in tax compliance processes
• Operations:Document standard operating procedures for all tax-related activities
• Analytics Evaluate and recommend tax compliance technologies and solutions
• Analytics Build processes to ensure tax compliance data integrity across systems
