Compliance Manager Gaming Industry

We are looking for a proactive and highly adaptable Compliance Manager (IGAMING) to join our growing team.

The role is instrumental in ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, while also fostering collaborative relationships with both external regulators and internal stakeholders.

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• Act as the main point of contact with local and international regulators, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
• Monitor regulatory developments and proactively assess the impact on the business, supporting the company in adapting to changes efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments (Product, Legal, Marketing, Customer Service) to implement compliance
• Lead internal compliance initiatives, including risk assessments, gap analyses, and implementation of new regulatory frameworks
• Prepare, review, and submit required reports, notifications, and filings to regulatory bodies.
• Support the training and awareness of employees on compliance-related topics, including AML, responsible gaming, data protection, and licensing obligations.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, policies, and procedures to reflect the latest regulatory standards.

• Participate in regulatory audits and inspections, and manage any resulting action points or remediation plans.

   Contribute to a culture of compliance and integrity throughout the organization.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of experience within the online gaming industry.
• Proven experience interacting with regulators and managing compliance in regulated markets
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as AML, KYC, data privacy and licensing requirements in the gaming industry.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
