Risk and value models are increasingly important in the financial sector today. At the heart of innovation, they have become essential for measuring risks and crucial for decision-making. This evolution is constantly reinforced by prudential regulation and is gradually extending to all economic sectors.

To address these challenges, within its Financial Services Risk division, PwC has created a multidisciplinary team bringing together actuaries and quantitative finance specialists: ERM (Enterprise Risk Modelling).

Serving banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and FinTechs, our division comprises over 100 modeling and risk experts (actuaries, quantitative engineers, and data scientists).

What you can expect from us

As a Manager, you will support our clients in the financial sector (banks, asset managers, insurance companies) on strategic missions:

• Develop climate risk measurement approaches for financing and investment portfolios.
• Lead regulatory compliance projects (ECB/EBA guidelines) for the integration of ESG into risk management frameworks.
• Perform scenario analyses and climate stress tests to assess portfolio resilience.
• Provide your expertise as a sustainability auditor for the annual CSRD review.
• Contribute to the strategic steering of decarbonization targets and financed emissions.
• Participate in business development: drafting proposals, publications, sectoral initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client general management and stakeholders.
• Supervise and support employees to ensure their skill development.

What we expect from you

• Graduate of a business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in finance, statistics, or applied mathematics, and a strong interest in ESG.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ESG risk analysis, modeling, or regulatory projects.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, leadership, and intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to manage complex projects and interact with high-level stakeholders.
• Interest in new technologies and tools (advanced Excel, automation).
• Professional English level (B2/C1).
