1. Based on the core business objectives of the private domain team, formulate promotion strategies for business objectives combined with game content.
2. Be able to formulate content creative solutions in combination with business objectives and user needs, promote their implementation, and be responsible for the promotion effect.
3. Be able to analyze private domain user needs and core game selling points, plan and output creative content with strong dissemination power, maximize resource utilization for implementation, and achieve promotion goals.
4. Work closely with collaborating departments, and in combination with business directions, be able to independently complete private domain content customization & result review, and be responsible for the quality, effect, and reputation of private domain content.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years of relevant work experience in game industry community operations/user operations.
2. Love games, have a deep understanding of ACG culture, and be familiar with mainstream community ecology and private domain content operation logic.
3. Strong logical thinking, certain data analysis and mining capabilities, and complete content operation full-case experience (creative planning, strategy formulation, content scheduling, resource coordination, production promotion, analysis and review).
4. Have the ability to plan flat and private domain promotion content, and can effectively coordinate team resources.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, high delivery efficiency, strong execution, basic graphic design skills such as PS preferred.
