Extreme Networks is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our legal team. You will play a critical role in providing sound legal advice and guidance on a wide range of commercial and contractual matters across the globe. Your primary responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, assessing potential risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, to support procurement & sourcing objectives while managing risks for the company. This position will be remote.
