This role is for a Control-M L3 Engineer, requiring readiness for 24x7 shifts and office work in Bangalore/Pune. Key responsibilities include administering Control-M components, performing upgrades, resolving complex issues, monitoring infrastructure, designing job schedules, developing automation scripts, and providing L3 support.

Good To Have:

Certification in Control-M or ITIL
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments

Must Have:

Work in 24x7 shift model
Work from Office as per Organization policy/Operation requirement
Available at base location i.e. Bangalore/Pune
Administer and maintain Control-M components
Perform version upgrades, patching, and environment migrations
Resolve advanced job failures, performance bottlenecks, and complex dependency issues
Monitor system infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability
Design, configure, and manage job schedules across diverse platforms
Optimize workflows to align with SLAs and enhance operational efficiency
Develop automation scripts (Shell, Python) to streamline operational processes
Implement and manage Control-M backup and recovery strategies
Provide L3 support and lead root cause analysis for escalated issues
Handle ServiceNow catalog tasks, incident and change tickets with precision
Integrate Control-M with enterprise applications using APIs and custom plug-ins
Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support and training
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, SOPs, and best practices
Enforce ITIL-compliant processes and ensure adherence to service protocols
Support and maintain HA/DR configurations to ensure business continuity
