Must have:

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support for use of the Accurate Background platforms
  • Undertake checks and verifications offered by Accurate Background, this includes individual check types, batch processes and case management
  • Ensure accurate information is gathered and efficient record keeping
  • General back office administrative support including scanning and mail collection
  • Carry out other duties as required by Accurate Background management
  • Continually strive to raise the profile and reputation of Accurate Background and its Service delivery activities
  • Assist in developing a positive working relationship between clients and all employees
  • Ensure that all interface with clients reflects well upon Accurate Background

Qualifications
  • Experience in case management and administrative tasks where accuracy and attention to detail are critical
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (in particular Word and Excel)
  • Strong computer skills and problem-solving capability
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of motivation and personal integrity

$56,200 - $65,000 a year
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $56,200 - $65,000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training.  This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan.
