Coordinator, Integrated Marketing & Sponsorship

Who are we hiring?  

The Coordinator Integrated Marketing & Sponsorship role is responsible for supporting the daily work activity of the Client Services Directors and the Integrated Marketing team who design Exosphere campaigns and sponsorships for Sphere Las Vegas.  

What will you do? 

• Develop relationships with Sphere Ad Sales, Ad Operations, Creative Studio, Content Programming, etc. to aid in the development of new processes, offerings, and executions.  

• Manage the day-to-day collection of measurement data for Exosphere campaigns and partner with account leads to design impactful campaign recaps.  

• Distribute internal newsletter with insights, best practices, success stories, and revenue-generating opportunities. 

• Work with cross-functional team to craft compelling research stories, category analysis, and best practices in partnership activation. 

• Help manage data inputs and analysis that will inform advertising benchmarks.   

• Complete media plans and partnership evaluation templates. 

What do you need to succeed?  

• Bachelor’s degree in related field  

• Prior knowledge or experience of the sponsorship and media industry is a plus 

• Ability to establish relationships with all levels of the company including sponsors, clients and teammates.  

• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access and PowerPoint), basic knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop  

• Self-starter and able to work well with employees at all levels in the organization  

• Comfortable in both internal and client-facing meetings, calls, and presentations  

• Strong written, oral, analytical communication skills with attention to detail and focus on accuracy  

• Strong project management skills with ability to keep several projects on schedule 

• Strong analytical skills
