Binance is seeking a Corporate Growth Manager (Fiat Strategy) to monitor and resolve payment discrepancies in Fiat payment flows, ensuring payment integrity. The role involves designing and maintaining data dashboards for Fiat payment channel performance analysis, uncovering trends, and mitigating risks. Responsibilities include producing performance reports with actionable insights, managing relationships with payment partners, supporting new business initiatives, enhancing operational processes for Fiat transactions, and collaborating with internal teams like customer support, finance, compliance, and product. The ideal candidate will be able to independently optimize operations, develop and execute user growth strategies, and possess strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is required.

Responsibilities
- Payment Discrepancy Monitoring & Resolution: Proactively monitor Fiat payment flows to detect and analyze discrepancies. Investigate root causes of anomalies and collaborate with payment service providers to implement timely resolutions and preventive measures that uphold payment integrity.
- Data-Driven Channel Analysis: Design, build, and maintain a robust data dashboard to track the performance of Fiat payment channels. Leverage data analytics to uncover trends, identify areas for optimization, and mitigate potential risks.
- Performance Reporting & Strategic Insights: Produce regular reports highlighting key performance metrics related to Fiat operations, particularly discrepancy rates and resolution timelines. Deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency and user experience.
- Payment Partner Collaboration: Assist in managing relationships with existing banking and payment partners, while supporting the evaluation and onboarding of new providers to expand and strengthen our Fiat infrastructure.
- Initiative Implementation & Support: Contribute to the rollout of new business initiatives related to Fiat operations. Support data growth strategies, identify opportunities to enhance conversion rates within payment flows, and implement risk mitigation measures.
- Operational Process Enhancement: Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of Fiat transaction processes. Partner with product and engineering teams to drive automation and system upgrades that reduce discrepancies and improve reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders—including customer support, finance, compliance, and product teams—to ensure seamless execution of Fiat transactions and provide operational expertise for product launches and market expansion efforts, with a focus on payment integrity.
Requirements
- Independent Operational Optimization: Ability to proactively identify operational inefficiencies and user friction points without relying on detailed guidance. Must be capable of designing and executing data-driven optimization initiatives that enhance process efficiency and overall user experience.
- User Growth-Oriented Strategic Thinking & Execution: Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently develop and implement strategies focused on user acquisition, conversion, and retention. Should demonstrate end-to-end execution skills, from insight generation to measurable impact on user growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders—including customer support, finance, compliance, and product teams—to ensure seamless execution of fiat transactions and provide operational expertise for product launches and market expansion efforts, with a focus on payment integrity.
- Bilingual English and Chinese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
