Mozilla Marketing is looking for a Firefox Creative Director to join our team. This is an exciting moment to play a critical role in the future of one of the internet's most trusted browsers.
We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead global marketing efforts for Firefox. This role calls for a balance of conceptual vision and craft excellence, guiding a small in-house team alongside a strong network of agency partners.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the development of campaign creative toolkits, and work with global teams to adapt and activate across markets.
- Collaborate with and lead agency partners to deliver bold, effective creative.
- Partner with in-house marketing strategists and go-to-market experts to increase creative impact in markets.
- Drive brand marketing campaigns that connect Firefox with audiences in key markets.
- Provide mentorship and management to support an ambitious internal team.
- Report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing, Brand and Creative.
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years experience in leading creative work, either in an agency or in-house setting
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and oversee creative development and execution
- Outstanding organization and project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe.
- Ability to think about both big-picture creative strategy and deliver against individual briefs
- Experience analyzing data and consumer insights to inform marketing creative
- A comfort with working in a fast-paced environment and across different time zones and cultures
- A proactive self-starter who is both collaborative and able to work independently
