Job Description

The Creator Operation Manager (DE) at CapCut, a ByteDance product, is responsible for developing and managing systems for recruiting and supporting CapCut creators in the German market. This role involves creating structured recruitment processes, implementing creator empowerment strategies, collaborating on monetization initiatives, and working with content teams to improve in-app content quality. Data analysis and performance tracking are crucial for informing growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in talent management within short-video/livestreaming platforms or MCNs, strong German and English language skills, and a deep understanding of creator monetization and the digital content ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Team Introduction CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves. Responsibilities: - Develop structured systems for the recruitment and management of CapCut creators. - Manage the empowering system of CapCut creators. And provide insights and strategies for creator growth based on data analysis and performance tracking. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the monetization of creators. - Collaborate with the local content team to improve in-app content creation quality and increase target content production.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of working in talent management divisions of short-video/livestreaming platforms or MCNs. - Familiar with creator recruitment and creator-network management in German market. - Familiar with monetization for creators, digital content eco-system/platforms and data analytics. - Full proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience with project management, reporting and stakeholder management. - Passion for the creator's economy.
