Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Creators Relations Associate to join Animoca Brands’ Marketing team.

In this role, you will be essential in expanding the Frens Network by recruiting and onboarding over 200 small to mid-tier creators (with 2k+ followers) across platforms like X, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. You will coordinate campaigns and support creators, helping them grow their influence as part of an "academy" to support their growth into top-tier creators.

Responsibilities

Creator Recruitment & Onboarding:
Identify and reach out to potential creators (2k+ followers) across X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including vetting and introducing them to the Frens Network program and resources.
Maintain an organized and systematic approach to creator onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the program.

Campaign Management:
Coordinate and activate campaigns with creators, including developing campaign briefs based on project requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage the payment process for creators and ensure timely compensation.
Track and report on creator deliverables, ensuring alignment with the campaign goals and timelines.\

Creator Support & Community Management:
Responding to any questions, concerns, or requests the creators may have.
Ensure consistent communication, providing updates and facilitating feedback loops between creators and project teams.

Administrative & Operational Support:
Maintain accurate records of creator engagements, contracts, and deliverables through internal tools
Collaborate with other team members to develop a streamlined process for creator communications, briefs, and campaign activation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of work experience preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome.
Proven experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or community building in the digital space. Experience in web3, gaming, or tech-related fields is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills with multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and an understanding of creator ecosystems.
Basic understanding of campaign briefs, deliverables, and content creation.
Experience with project management tools like Notion or Google Workspace.
Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Interest or passion for web3, NFTs, and blockchain technology.
