Job Description

Animoca Brands is seeking a NUVA Institutional Sales Manager to drive capital deals for NUVA's products. The role involves managing the end-to-end deal cycle with TradFi institutions and large Web3 organizations, building relationships with key decision-makers, developing pitches and financial models, and leading negotiations. Candidates should have 3-5 years of institutional sales experience in Finance or Web3, a strong network, and deep understanding of financial products, Web3, RWA, and DeFi.
Good To Have:
  • Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese are a plus.
  • Additional languages are preferred.

  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end deal cycle with target TradFi institutions and large Web3 organizations to drive capital deals for NUVA’s products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at banks, funds, asset managers, institutions, DAOs, and/or major protocols / foundations.
  • Develop pitches, financial models, and deal structures that address the investment needs of different institutional segments.
  • Lead negotiations from first contact through final closing, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing account management for institutional clients.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of dedicated experience in institutional sales roles within the Finance or Web3 industry
  • Demonstrable success in sourcing, structuring, and closing deals with institutional partners.
  • Deep established network among large asset managers, funds, banks, DAOs, and/or large Web3 protocols / foundations.
  • Deep interest in and strong understanding of financial products, Web3, RWA and DeFi.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented: able to drive initiatives from sourcing through closing and post-sale management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese are a plus. Additional languages are preferred.
  • Strong teamwork skills with ability to work with teams including legal / compliance, art / design, product etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
