Token Metrics is seeking a resourceful Business Development Specialist to expand business and improve branding initiatives. This role involves establishing networks with industry specialists, maintaining customer relationships, and negotiating deals. Successful candidates will demonstrate extensive experience in business development strategies and marketing, excelling at identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sustained growth and profitability.
Must have:
  • Analyze and expand business operations for sustained growth.
  • Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
  • Identify and develop new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
  • Perform competitor analysis for increased market share.
  • Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships.
  • Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies.
  • Assess and advise on potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist.
  • Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
  • Experience identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior.
  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships and industry partnerships.
  • Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
  • Ability to advise on joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) preferred.

Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
  • Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Development or Marketing, or similar.
  • Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry.
  • Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software, including Salesforce.
  • Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
  • Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior.
  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.
