Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for increasing, building, and nurturing relationships with current and potential clients. This role involves close collaboration with the BI, CRM, and Marketing teams, reporting directly to the Head of CRM Retention & Acquisition. Key duties include database oversight, key account management, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration with the Responsible Gaming department.
Good To Have:
  • Familiarity with Tableau, CRM systems, or Salesforce.
  • Dutch language proficiency as an additional asset.
Must Have:
  • Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of the database to optimize performance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for Key Accounts, prioritizing inquiries and coordinating responses.
  • Collect critical insights from customers and stakeholders and communicate them internally.
  • Provide prompt and effective responses to inquiries and resolve potential issues.
  • Partner with the Responsible Gaming department to support key initiatives.
  • Proven success in a similar role within the relevant sector.
  • Strong background in B2C sales roles (e.g., Sales Relationship Manager, Account Manager).
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Sharp analytical skills with experience in data segmentation and analysis.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Dedicated to fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Consistently delivers high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
  • Agile in adjusting to changing priorities within a dynamic environment.

As Customer Relationship Specialist, you are responsible for increasing, building and nurturing relationships with current and potential clients. You will be working closely with the BI, CRM and Marketing teams and this role reports directly to the Head of CRM Retention & Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Database Oversight: Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of the database, implementing strategic actions to optimize its performance and ensure maximum value throughout its lifecycle.
  • Key Account Management: Serve as the primary liaison for Key Accounts, prioritizing all inquiries and communications and coordinating responses across relevant departments and third-party partners.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collect critical insights from customers and stakeholders, ensuring that relevant information is accurately communicated to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide prompt and effective responses to inquiries, proactively addressing and resolving potential issues to maintain high standards of service.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Responsible Gaming department to support and advance key initiatives aligned with responsible gaming objectives.

Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: Proven success in a similar role within the relevant sector.
  • Sales Experience: Strong background in B2C sales roles, such as Sales Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Agent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau, CRM systems, or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Analytical Ability: Sharp analytical skills with experience in data segmentation and analysis.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in French and English, with Dutch as an additional asset.
  • Customer Focus: Dedicated to fostering long-term customer relationships.
