Customer Service Specialist

Wolters Kluwer, a global leader in providing information tools and software solutions for financial, tax, and legal professionals, is interested in connecting with professionals and graduates in economic subjects to be included in the department that deals with assistance for the software product portfolio.

The resource, interacting in a structured and dynamic multinational context, will be part of a team specialized in Balance Sheet, Single Models, Accounting matters and, progressively consolidating normative and technical knowledge on tax legislation, will deal with the following activities:

• Customer support for functional clarifications aimed at effective software use;
• Active participation in inter-functional tasks with the reference technical team in cases of assistance on strictly application-related issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics and Business;
• Previous experience in the role or at accounting firms, labor consultants, or consulting firms specialized in Tax & Accounting or labor law;
• Solid regulatory and technical knowledge of tax/accounting or labor law;
• Passion for technology and good knowledge of the Office suite;
• Excellent listening skills and ability to interpret customer needs;
• Aptitude for problem-solving and quickly transferring effective solutions;
• Strong predisposition to guide customers towards an innovation and efficiency-oriented approach;
• Excellent relational and communication skills;
• Enthusiasm and proactivity;
• Propensity for continuous learning;
• Team working.
