The Customer Solution Partner (CSP) is a crucial role focused on collaborating with Sales to clearly explain Coupa's approach, methodology, and scope for delivery projects, with a strong emphasis on delivering value early on. In this strategic position, the CSP works closely with partners to refine proposal estimates and plans. Key responsibilities include assembling Coupa's contribution to proposals, which involves scoping, estimating, and costing. The role requires consulting experience, particularly in business spend management (Procurement). Coupa empowers businesses to make smarter, more profitable decisions to improve operating margins. They leverage AI informed by trillions of dollars of data from millions of buyers and suppliers. Coupa's technology provides greater efficiency and visibility in spend.

The Customer Solution Partner (CSP) is a pivotal role where you will collaborate with Sales to articulate Coupa’s approach, methodology, and scope for delivery projects, emphasizing early value delivery. In this strategic position, you will collaborate closely with partners, challenging and shaping proposal estimates and plans. You will assemble Coupa's part in proposals, encompassing scoping, estimating, and costing.
This role would be ideally suited to someone with consulting experience particularly in the area of business spend management (Procurement)
