Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3 to 6 years of experience in general analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and should preferably have experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to support business decisions and strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance data reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Extract, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Use statistical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data.
• Assist in developing data models and predictive analytics for business forecasting.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
• Proven experience in data analytics within the pharma or healthcare domain is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present data insights.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in pharma/healthcare analytics.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data standards in the healthcare sector.
