Job Description

As Data Analytics Manager within the Data Office, you will lead a team of 10 people in Paris and Tunis. You will define strategic BI Analytics usage and roadmap, identify and build necessary indicators for business activities (Business Service Lines, HR, Finance, CSR), and be a key player in the 'Mindset' program for a new BI operating model. You will also drive innovation topics like Copilot for Power BI and predictive analytics, and manage the team while contributing to Data Analytics activities.
Must have:
  • Lead a Data Analytics team of 10 people.
  • Define strategic BI Analytics vision and roadmap.
  • Build indicators and visuals for business activities.
  • Lead the transformation of the BI operating model.
  • Drive innovation in Data Analytics (e.g., Copilot, predictive analytics).
  • Manage team and contribute to Data Analytics activities.
  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in equivalent management role.
  • Proven experience with DataWarehouse/DataLake deployment and governance.
  • Ambitious to lead BI operational model transformations.
  • Optimize BI Analytics technology stack.
  • Act as a Tech Lead within the team.
  • Demonstrate Business Partner posture.
  • Organize and transform a multi-site, multicultural team.
  • Fluent in French and English.

Job Description & Summary

As Data Analytics Manager within the Data Office, you will be responsible for the Data Analytics team composed of 10 people based in Paris and Tunis. You will be a member of the Data Office's "Management Team".

  • You will collaborate with "Business" stakeholders to define a strategic vision for BI Analytics uses and a roadmap aligned with Business priorities.
  • You will identify and build the indicators and visuals necessary for monitoring business activities: Business Service Lines, HR, Finance, CSR, etc.
  • You will be a key player in the "Mindset" program for implementing a new BI operating model within PwC on organizational and technological dimensions. As such, you will lead the transformation program for your own team (positioning/posture, skills, and technologies).
  • In a continuous improvement approach, you will define and implement KPIs for monitoring and impact of BI Analytics initiatives.
  • You will be a proponent of innovation topics (Copilot for Power BI, predictive analytics...).
  • You will lead the team and contribute yourself to Data Analytics activities.

  • You will lead transformative activities for the company and will interact with Top Management (PwC Management Committee members and service directors in particular).
  • As a member of the Data Office Management Team, you will be fully involved in the construction and implementation of PwC France & Maghreb's Data strategy beyond Data Analytics activities.
  • You will evolve within PwC's "Digitech" technology collective (150+ employees), which ensures alignment of objectives and close collaboration with the IT Department.
  • You will evolve in an international and multicultural context that includes collaboration with your peers from other territories of the PwC network.

What we expect from you

  • Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac +5) from a business school, engineering school, or university, you have at least 10 years of experience in an equivalent position with concrete management responsibilities and proven experience in deploying a DataWarehouse/DataLake and its associated governance.
  • You are ambitious and lead the expected transformations of the company's BI operational model, which includes the deployment of a DataLake/DataWarehouse, and the transformation of your own team. As such, you ensure the evolution and optimization of the BI Analytics technology stack by contributing to the choices and modernization of the data architecture.
  • Your experience and technical background naturally position you as a Tech Lead within your team.
  • You naturally adopt a Business Partner posture while knowing how to challenge Business demands and integrating a UX/UI approach into the delivered visuals.
  • You apply your management qualities and your ability to organize a transforming team in a multi-site and multicultural context with different seniority levels among your employees.

Required Skills

  • Your oral and written expression are perfectly fluent. You can hold conversations with your Business peers and with top management.
  • You demonstrate Leadership, naturally lead transformation projects, and are proactive.
  • You are familiar with the following technologies: Data Architecture (Modern Data Stack, Data Mesh), Azure Data Factory, Data Preparation (Data Bricks), Data Viz/BI (Power BI).
  • You have implemented a BI / Data Analytics organization (Governance).
  • You work in a team and know how to demonstrate pedagogical skills.
  • You have a sense of listening and service with developed relational abilities.
  • Your fluent English allows you to communicate and work in an international environment with interlocutors of all nationalities.
