Job Summary
As a Data Center Operations Manager, you'll lead a team of technicians and engineers, overseeing server hardware installation, complex troubleshooting, and maintenance. Responsibilities include setting team priorities, performance management, partnering with stakeholders, maintaining security procedures, and performing preventative maintenance on equipment. The team handles server hardware and software installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting, including networking components. Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware.
- 5 years of experience managing technical teams, vendor or agreement management and delivery.
- Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph.
- Ability to work non-standard hours and rotations/shifts.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in data center environments, building and operating large-scale infrastructure, network and compute architecture and lifecycle, and Linux/Unix system administration.
- Experience initiating and executing planned initiatives in a global environment.
- Ability to lead and improve Environmental Health and Safety initiatives.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed.

As a Data Center Operations Manager, you will manage a team of Data Center Technicians and Engineers.
