Lead and design large-scale data warehouse models, optimize real-time data pipelines, and mentor the data team. Must have expertise in data warehouse modeling, big data architectures (Alicloud Dataworks/MaxCompute, AWS Spark, Databricks, StarRocks/Doris), and real-time data processing using Flink.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize large-scale data warehouse models to ensure scalability and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive upgrades and optimizations of the data warehouse model design.
- Build and optimize real-time data pipelines, ensuring data timeliness and accuracy.
- Lead and mentor the data team in day-to-day operations, driving technical advancements in the data warehouse field.
Requirements:
- Strong familiarity with data warehouse modeling, with proven success in designing and remodeling large-scale data warehouses.
- Expertise in various big data architectures, especially Alicloud Dataworks/MaxCompute and AWS Spark, Databricks, StarRocks/Doris
- Familiarity with real-time data processing architectures, particularly in developing real-time data pipelines using Flink.
- Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills to continuously optimize the data architecture.
