- Experience working with Databricks platform for data science and machine learning workflows

- Develop Text2SQL agents to enable natural language database querying capabilities.
- Work with multi-agentic architectures to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with Energy Industry SMEs to understand domain-specific requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- Deploy prototypes and production-ready generative AI models on AWS infrastructure.
- Drive GenAI project initiatives from conception to implementation.
- Operate independently on open-ended challenges while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Possess 2-3 years of Data Scientist experience with focus on generative AI technologies.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of generative AI frameworks, LLMs, and RAG-based architectures.
- Have hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Lambda Functions, Step Functions, S3, and OpenSearch.
- Possess production experience building and deploying Text2SQL agents and conversational AI systems.
- Have exposure to multi-agentic architectures and complex AI orchestration patterns.
- Be proficient in Python and machine learning frameworks.
- Have experience with cloud-native AI/ML deployment on AWS.
- Be an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills for open-ended challenges.
- Be able to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Show interest in driving innovation and leading GenAI initiatives.

The Team
The GenAI Operations Team is seeking a team-oriented Data Scientist who is excited to take on the development and implementation of generative AI solutions for various business tasks, projects, and initiatives that are integral to the success of the organization.
Performance Objectives:
- Designing and implementing generative AI models and solutions using multiple LLMs and AWS Bedrock
- Building and deploying RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks for enhanced AI applications
- Developing Text2SQL agents to enable natural language database querying capabilities
- Working with multi-agentic architectures to solve complex business challenges
