Job Description

This role requires a Delivery Head with a minimum of 15 years in IT, including 10 years in Enterprise Service Management tools (ITSM, ITOM, Automation) and at least 5 years with ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will frontend discussions, manage customer presentations, and drive ServiceNow business growth. Responsibilities include converting functional requirements to technical use cases, managing POCs/POVs, assessing ESM environments, and designing technical proposals. Sound knowledge of ServiceNow modules is essential. The role also involves owning business plans, driving sales/pipeline, managing marketing activities, fostering innovation, and interfacing with C-level management. Team and alliance management are also key.
Must have:
  • Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience, 10 years in Enterprise Service Management tools (ITSM, ITOM, Automation), 5 years on ServiceNow.
  • Frontend discussions, position ServiceNow, manage customer presentations.
  • Establish connect with ServiceNow counterparts.
  • Understand functional business requirements and convert to technical use cases.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow demo instances, manage POCs/POVs.
  • Assess customer ESM environments, provide recommendations/roadmaps.
  • Design and write ServiceNow technical proposals.
  • Sound knowledge of ServiceNow modules.
  • Own Business Plan, Drive Sales/Pipeline & track Revenue.
  • Manage Sales/Pipelines, Drive/Support Sales & Marketing activities.
  • Drive Innovation/Collaborate/Market new solutions & frameworks.
  • Track/Support Deal Financials, Software Contract Understanding, Effort Estimation, Risk Mitigation.
  • Interface with C level Management (Customers, Analysts, Alliances, TechM Mgmt, Client Partners & Program Head).
  • Manage Team and ensure timely response to proposals.
  • Work with Alliances ecosystem for partnership connects and business reviews.
Good to have:
  • Preferably ITIL, ServiceNow CIS and Presales certified
  • Passion to keep up to date with new ServiceNow and other technology developments to continuously identify growth opportunities

Job Summary

  • Band ¿ P2
  • Able to frontend discussions, position ServiceNow and manage customer presentations
  • Able to establish connect with counterparts in ServiceNow
  • Should be passionate about growing ServiceNow business
  • Able to understand Functional business requirements and able to convert into Technical use cases
  • Hands on experience with access to ServiceNow demo instances and able to do show and tell sessions. Manage POCs and POVs independently
  • Able to assess customer ESM environments and come up with recommendations / roadmaps
  • Able to design and write ServiceNow technical proposals independently with guidance from Vertical experts and ServiceNow best practices
  • Sound knowledge required on ServiceNow modules
  • Should preferably be ITIL, ServiceNow CIS and Presales certified
  • Should have a passion to keep up to date with new ServiceNow and other technology developments to continuously identify growth opportunities
  • Own Business Plan, Drive Sales/Pipeline & track Revenue
  • Manage Sales/Pipelines
  • Drive/Support all Sales & Marketing activities running in the practice to meet business plans
  • Drive Innovation/Collaborate/Market new solutions & frameworks for practice with Customers/Project team and Alliance team to innovate solutions
  • Reactive & proactive proposition
  • Track/Support Deal Financials Software Contract Understanding, Effort Estimation Techniques, Risk Mitigation
  • Interface with C level Management ¿ Customers, Analysts, Alliances, TechM Mgmt, Client Partners & Program Head, etc.
  • Manage Team & their working effectively to ensure timely response to all proposals, work with ecosystem for necessary support to them
  • Work with all levels in Alliances ecosystem to ensure right level of partnership connects & drive business reviews
