The Deputy Manager - Marketing will lead affiliate and publisher-driven user acquisition for the rummy app, focusing on scaling installs, optimizing CPA/ROI/LTV, and enhancing fraud control using Apps Flyer Protect360, collaborating with BI, tech, product, and risk teams.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in gaming/gambling verticals (e.g., rummy)
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Tune etc.
  • Knowledge of MMPs (Appsflyer), Tableau
  • Basic scripting (SQL/Excel) for data tasks
Must Have:
  • Build and manage affiliate/program partnerships
  • Negotiate commission structures and compliance
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
  • Plan and execute across affiliate, social, search, and display
  • Own KPIs: installs, CPA, ROAS, LTV, fraud
  • Design/run A/B and multivariate tests
  • Analyze data via Apps Flyer, SQL, Tableau
  • Build automated dashboards and present insights
  • Partner with fraud teams to fine-tune detection
  • Identify & prevent click/install fraud patterns
  • Coordinate with BI, product, creative, tech, legal
  • Oversee campaign integration and roll-out
  • Stay up to date in gaming/gambling, affiliate, mobile attribution, and anti-fraud

Role Overview

Lead affiliate and publisher-driven user acquisition for our rummy app. Scale installs, optimize CPA/ROI/LTV, and enhance fraud control using Apps Flyer Protect360. Collaborate with BI, tech, product, and risk teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Affiliate & Publisher Management
  • Build and manage affiliate/program partnerships
  • Negotiate commission structures and compliance
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
  • Performance Marketing & UA Strategy
  • Plan and execute across affiliate, social, search, and display
  • Own KPIs: installs, CPA, ROAS, LTV, fraud
  • Design/run A/B and multivariate tests
  • Data Analytics
  • Analyze data via Apps Flyer, SQL, Tableau
  • Build automated dashboards and present insights
  • Fraud Detection & Mitigation
  • Partner with fraud teams to fine-tune detection
  • Identify & prevent click/install fraud patterns
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with BI, product, creative, tech, legal
  • Oversee campaign integration and roll-out
  • Market Industry Insight
  • Stay up to date in gaming/gambling, affiliate, mobile attribution, and anti-fraud

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in growth marketing, UA, or affiliate management (mobile/gaming preferred)
  • Proficient in AppsFlyer/ Protect360
  • Strong in SQL, Excel, and Tableau or equivalent BI tools
  • Deep understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV metrics
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks
  • Negotiation, communication, and partner management skills
  • Detail-oriented, metrics-driven, self-starter, high ownership

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience in gaming/gambling verticals (e.g., rummy)
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Tune etc.
