• Together with the store management, you are responsible for a JYSK store
• In accordance with JYSK values, you support your store management in the further development of the store team on the sales floor
• You take the initiative to positively influence key figures and motivate the team to achieve great results
• You implement and maintain the store concepts and routines
• You enjoy movement and physical work and act as a role model by taking responsibility for sales and routine tasks in the store together with the store management
