Job Description
As a Design Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic portfolio of design disciplines, providing technical direction and mentorship to project teams. You will be responsible for developing and refining design standards, tools, and practices, as well as building and maintaining a skilled workforce. This role requires a passion for problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring designs meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and innovation. Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in single-family and/or commercial design
- 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
- Proficiency with Mitek software and Microsoft Office Suite

What You’ll Do
As a key leader in our design division, you’ll:
Lead with Purpose: Manage a dynamic portfolio of design disciplines, ensuring top-tier performance and adaptability to evolving market demands.
Inspire Excellence: Provide technical direction and mentorship to project teams, ensuring designs meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and innovation.
Drive Innovation: Develop and refine design standards, tools, and practices that keep us ahead of the curve.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in single-family and/or commercial design
2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
Proficiency with Mitek software and Microsoft Office Suite
A passion for problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement
