【Background of Recruitment】

Automotive MCU products have stricter quality and design criteria compared to other fields. In recent years, as functions and performance improve, they are becoming more complex and larger, while cost competition is intensifying. Maintaining and strengthening quality is essential, and it is necessary to develop and apply DFT technology to achieve both test cost reduction and quality improvement with a sense of speed.

The engineer recruited for this position will be responsible for reducing test costs and improving the quality of automotive MCU products. We are looking for individuals who want to actively overcome the conflicting challenges of cost reduction and quality improvement with innovative cutting-edge technology.

In addition, since design is collaboratively developed with design bases in Vietnam and India (language: English), we expect engineers who can play an active role globally.

DFT (SCAN, MBIST) design work for automotive MCUs

【Specific Job Content】

• DFT Specification Review: Review DFT (SCAN, MBIST) specifications based on cost, quality targets, and product specifications.
• DFT Circuit Implementation: Implement MBIST and SCAN circuits based on specifications.
• DFT Circuit Verification: Verify circuits using circuit structure checkers, formal verification, and logic simulation.
• Fault Detection Rate Confirmation: Confirm fault detection that meets quality standards.
• Test Pattern Creation: Create test patterns that meet cost and quality requirements.

Qualifications

【MUST】

• Basic knowledge or interest in DFT
• Business level Japanese
• Positive attitude towards English-speaking tasks

Any or multiple of the following experiences in digital product development (approx. 5 years or more):

• Specification review
• Circuit design
• Circuit verification
• Mass production launch

• Conversational level English
