Responsibilities
- Support the definition of a broader Marketing Automation strategy by proposing key initiatives and evaluating their impact.
- Manage and execute email marketing strategies across all owned and native channels.
- Oversee personalized campaign management, coordinating with the rest of the team.
- Plan the different tasks involved in launching a communication, identifying key stakeholders at each stage.
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure smooth collaboration among all parties involved in a campaign launch.
- Monitor campaign launches to ensure content quality and assess campaign performance.
- Ensure the quality of promotional content.
- Validate customer-facing creative assets and propose improvements.
- Create and automate customer journeys, implementing automated actions and triggers via the relevant applications and media.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent education.
- Proven experience in creating unique and high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Prior experience in database management, preferably in a similar position.
- Familiarity with relevant automation and performance evaluation software.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Project management skills specific to marketing initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively to produce well-crafted content.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Jira).
- Advanced English proficiency.
