As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will oversee digital channels, manage stakeholders, execute campaigns across various platforms, and drive user base growth. Responsibilities include campaign implementation, performance measurement, affiliate partner management, scaling operations, monthly strategizing, growth hacking, establishing an internal reporting system, and leading internal best practices. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong execution focus and a passion for building an amazing brand and product, contributing to the fintech company's growth.
Must have:

What this role is about:  Performance Marketing Manager
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital channels within the marketing team, a crucial component of our growth strategy. Your role will encompass the management of key stakeholders across agencies, networks, and programmatic channels for  planning and experimentation. Executing campaigns across SRN channels to meet the key performance metrics. Your responsibilities will extend to driving daily growth and cultivating a high-quality user base. We aspire to become one of the fastest-growing fin-tech brands in the industry, and your pivotal role will be instrumental in realizing this ambition!
The Marketing team comprises dynamic professionals, including brand and growth strategists, Digital managers,  product marketing managers, content managers, and copywriters. Our team members bring diverse backgrounds from creative agencies, news publications, and technology and e-commerce companies.

What will you be doing:

  • Implement campaigns across a range of channels, including SEO/SEM, Google (Display, Shopping, Search, YouTube, Discovery), Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms, as well as Programmatic, with the goal of achieving key performance metrics
  • Oversee the measurement and reporting of digital marketing campaign performance, evaluating the outcomes against established goals, including return on investment and various performance metrics.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and management of affiliate partners with a focus on quality, for both acquisitions and app traffic, as well as re-engagement efforts
  • Scaling and optimizing operations across various channels, including affiliates, programmatic, DSA's, and SRNs
  • Monthly strategizing for installations, acquisitions, and execution across the range of digital channels. Taking primary responsibility for aligning plans with actual achievements in expenditures, scale, and quality
  • Growth hacking and finding new avenues, initiatives to drive acquisitions through the funnel, new inventories, new commercial models to drive scale and quality
  • Establishing an internal reporting system to disseminate data, verify partner claims, and manage financial processes to ensure seamless operations, including reconciliation of fraudulent activities.
  • Taking a leadership role in internal best practices for installs and acquisitions. Contributing to the formulation of strategies for performance marketing and growth, emphasizing a thorough understanding of data and platform-user dynamics.

Who are we looking for:

  • You are an independent thinker who loves developing relationships, driving results and has a strong execution focus. You have experience managing installs and acquisition channels and have a strong bias for getting things done.
  • You’ve managed digital marketing - A background of 5+ years in performance marketing, gained either at an agency or with a brand. Hands-on experience in executing campaigns across various digital channels. Previous experience with Fintech companies is considered a valuable asset.
  • You are data-driven and have a proven record of driving growth - You have used your analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the platforms to contribute directly to the growth of the company/client
  • You write good English, and can proof check - Excellent written communication skills
  • You’re a do-er - A self-starter who is able to iterate quickly and work well with a team. With excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • You’re looking for a start-up experience - You enjoy creating structure out of chaos.  You give attention to detail and are able to prioritize.
