Job Description

ByteDance's Volcano Engine team seeks a talented Product Designer to lead UI/UX design for enterprise commercial products (B2B, B2D, B2C). Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and account executives, establishing product logic frameworks, and designing cross-platform experiences for AI products, cloud services, and developer ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably with enterprise platforms or productivity tools. They should be proficient in industry design tools and possess a strong understanding of component-based architecture and design language development. A customer-centric approach and passion for emerging technologies are essential.

About the team: The enterprise product design team is looking for a talented Product Designer to join ByteDance’s Volcano Engine team, the driving force behind our cutting-edge cloud and intelligent technology services. You’ll design seamless, scalable experiences for enterprise products—from AI-powered platforms to developer tools—serving businesses and developers worldwide. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of cloud computing, big data, and SaaS solutions, delivering intuitive interfaces that redefine industry standards. Qualifications

Minimum requirements: • Bachelor's/Master's in Design, HCI, CS, or related quantitative field with 2+ years of digital product design experience Preferred qualifications: • Experience designing enterprise platforms or productivity tools preferred • Mastery of industry design tools and multi-platform design systems (Web/iOS/Android/Large-screen) • Systems thinker with expertise in component-based architecture and design language development • Detail-oriented with strong data-informed design methodology and customer-centric approach • Passion for emerging technologies and unwavering commitment to user-centered design principles Shortlisted candidates are expected to share your portfolio work via PDF or online portfolio link demonstrating relevant experience.
