Job Description

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for localizing work, collaborating with producer and agency partner teams to manage digital product and seasonal campaigns. This role involves working with developers and translation teams to localize client websites for the Korean market and implement interactive marketing communications. Key duties include project management, leading localization workshops, cross-functional team collaboration, eDM communication management, and producing multi-language localized content under tight global schedules.
Must have:
  • Manage and lead product launch and seasonal campaign content on client's .com sites and eDM communications.
  • Manage relationships across the business and regularly share project status with global partners and local stakeholders.
  • Manage interactive project resources and schedules, identify key paths for project progress and quality/implementation.
  • Consult with internal stakeholders on specific needs and promotions.
  • Collaborate closely with global Marcom and local agency teams to propose and provide solutions for web and eDM localization process improvement.
  • Act as a key contact for interactive infrastructure programs such as CMS, translation software, and web development.
  • Plan and coordinate launch and lifecycle eDM cadences for specific markets.
  • Provide insights on optimization and click paths based on understanding of consumer online behavior patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments within the organization and client side.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of all product/service information displayed on regional sites/eDMs.
  • Ensure all digital assets comply with Marcom guidelines and maintain consistency across regional sites/eDMs.
  • Ensure all translated materials align with regional market brand guidelines.
Good to have:
  • Digital agency experience
  • Direct experience with HTML and CSS coding characteristics
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficiency in working on both Mac and PC

Job Summary:

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for the localization of work. They collaborate with the producer and agency partner teams, who provide QA expertise, to manage product and seasonal campaigns in the digital space.

The producer works with developers and translation teams to localize client websites for the Korean market and implement interactive marketing communications and marketing channels.

Key responsibilities of this role include project management, leading on-site or remote localization workshops, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing eDM communications, working with creative and production teams to produce projects, and delivering and completing localized content in multiple languages. All projects must be launched simultaneously according to the WW global schedule and are carried out under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder with 2+ years of web project management experience (digital agency experience preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with technical/business departments.
  • Strong understanding of backend web coding and infrastructure, and related skills.
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS coding characteristics (direct experience preferred).
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred.
  • Proficient in working on both Mac and PC preferred.
  • Results-oriented individual capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and multitasking.
  • Fluent in both Korean and English.
