The Director will be responsible for executing a global inclusion program and partnerships strategy that is aligned with Visa's global inclusion strategy and business goals. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative inclusion programs aimed at enhancing the employee experience and reinforcing Visa's reputation as an employer of choice. Additionally, the Director will establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations, educational institutions, and industry groups to support and advance inclusion efforts. Acting as the primary liaison for global inclusion programs and partnerships, the Director will represent Visa at conferences, events, and forums, advocating for and promoting our inclusion strategy.
This role will have the opportunity to collaborate with our regional leaders across the globe, key functions within the people team, high priority business functions and other stakeholders to drive initiatives that improve employee engagement and support the Visa’s overall mission and values. The Director, Global Inclusion Programs and Partnerships will report to the Sr. Director, Global Inclusion.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 153,600.00 to 222,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
