Ennismore is seeking a Director of Development for the Middle East, Africa & Türkiye region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hotel consulting, asset management, or development. Key responsibilities include building relationships, possessing commercial and financial fluency, understanding hotel deals and the legal framework of Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs), and demonstrating a passion for the industry. The role offers exposure to hotels, branded residences, food & beverage, and member clubs within a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative culture.

Must have:

5-7 years experience in hotel consulting, asset management, or development
Strong relationship building skills
Commercially sharp and financially fluent
Understand hotel deals and HMA legal framework
Passionate about the hospitality industry

Good to have:

Degree in business/hospitality
Analytical mindset
Arabic fluency

We’re on the lookout for new talent to join our Development team at Ennismore!

We’re hiring a Director Development for the Middle East, Africa & Türkiye.

You’ll need a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience as a Manager in hotel consulting, asset management or development — and more importantly:

• You know how to build real relationships

• You’re commercially sharp and financially fluent

• You understand hotel deals and the legal framework of HMA's

• You’re passionate about the industry and ready to get stuck in

Qualifications

Ideally a degree in a business/hospitality related subject
Analytically minded
Ideally Arabic fluency as well as English - a nice to have but not required
