The Director of Marketplaces & Services will be fully responsible for the overall operational planning and daily operational management of the e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD.com, etc.) of the brands under their jurisdiction, formulate e-commerce platform development strategies, and supervise and guide the operations team to achieve performance goals. They will also plan and control inventory and operating costs, formulate operating strategies, build internal management processes and online operation systems, improve the operating system, decompose and complete performance evaluations, lead traffic channels, product positioning, and promotion planning and optimization, promote the conversion and growth of various brand businesses, be responsible for data analysis and management of various channels, track platform operations, analyze and evaluate operational indicators and integrate platform resources, enhance brand communication and improve operational management. They will analyze operating strategies based on market conditions, industry data, and competitors, and propose countermeasures. They will be responsible for team management, including planning and building an e-commerce team, reasonably setting up departmental organizational structures and positions, and optimizing management in real-time and be responsible for the training, assessment, and incentives of team members. They will also collaborate between departments, coordinating with internal design, marketing, logistics, customer service, and other departments to optimize business processes and improve operational sales efficiency, ensuring the smooth implementation of sales plans.
