Welcome to the video-first world

From your everyday PowerPoint presentations to Hollywood movies, AI will transform the way we create and consume content. Today, people want to watch and listen, not read — both at home and at work. If you’re reading this and nodding, check out our brand video.

Despite the clear preference for video, communication and knowledge sharing in the business environment are still dominated by text, largely because high-quality video production remains complex and challenging to scale—until now…

Meet Synthesia

We're on a mission to make video easy for everyone. Born in an AI lab, our AI video communications platform simplifies the entire video production process, making it easy for everyone, regardless of skill level, to create, collaborate, and share high-quality videos. Whether it's for delivering essential training to employees and customers or marketing products and services, Synthesia enables large organizations to communicate and share knowledge through video quickly and efficiently. We’re trusted by leading brands such as Heineken, Zoom, Xerox, McDonald’s, and more. Read stories from happy customers and what 1,200+ people say on G2.

In 2023, we were one of 7 European companies to reach unicorn status. In February 2024, G2 named us as the fastest-growing company in the world. We’ve raised over $150M in funding from top-tier investors, including Accel, Nvidia, Kleiner Perkins, Google, and top founders and operators including Stripe, Datadog, Miro, Webflow, and Facebook.

About the role...

We're not just building a company—we’re pioneering a new category. Charting new territory in SaaS and AI, we're setting a new standard for go-to-market strategy. And now, we’re looking for a visionary Director of Revenue Intelligence to help lead the charge.

In this mission-critical role, you’ll architect and scale our commercial intelligence and analytics function from the ground up. Your mandate? To turn vast, messy data into powerful insights that unlock new growth engines, surface hidden opportunities, and drive next-level GTM efficiency.

You won't just be analyzing trends - you’ll be shaping the strategic roadmap of an entirely new frontier. This is your chance to combine data science, commercial strategy, and operational rigor into a force that powers every revenue decision across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement account and contact scoring models that use intent signals and firmographic data to guide outreach and improve sales performance.
  • Build advanced attribution models to accurately assign revenue across channels, teams, and initiatives throughout the sales funnel.
  • Identify opportunities for product-led growth by analyzing usage signals and creating scalable monetization strategies for our existing customer base.
  • Partner with Revenue leaders to analyze new markets and territories, and recommend market entry and expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure models are well-understood, trusted, and actionable—favoring clarity and adoption over unnecessary complexity

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong academic background, ideally in a quantitative discipline.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS scale-up.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Data, or Business Intelligence roles.
  • Proven track record in revenue operations, commercial intelligence, data science, or related domains.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, plus experience with analytics and dashboarding tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in attribution modeling, territory planning, and market analysis using statistical techniques. Strong familiarity with CDPs, data warehousing and automation tools.
  • Ability to launch and manage programs that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and build cross-functional trust.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment.
