We are seeking a Director of Safety to lead safety strategy and execution across our in-home care workforce. This leader will design and oversee programs that protect the wellbeing of both our Care Professionals (CPs) and clients in the home environment. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving cross-functional collaboration across operations, clinical, people, legal, and product teams. A primary focus will be reducing workplace injuries, strengthening reporting and prevention systems, and managing the full lifecycle of workers’ compensation cases. This role is remote (based anywhere in the U.S.) with approximately 10% travel required.
You’ll join the Care Operations leadership team, the group responsible for delivering safe, high-quality care to older adults nationwide. We operate our Care Platform in over 14 states, supporting more than 5,000 Care Professionals who provide essential in-home care every week. This role leads a small safety team and works closely with HR, legal, finance, operations, and product teams to ensure a culture of safety is embedded throughout our rapidly growing organization.
Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.

$171,000—$190,000 USD
