MERU Studios is looking for an experienced Drafter to join their team. The Drafter will create precise and detailed architectural drawings using Autocad software. They will collaborate with architects and engineers, create construction documents, and ensure compliance with building codes and client expectations. The role involves drafting, project collaboration, detailed documentation, and quality assurance. Proficiency in 3D modeling tools and staying updated with software advancements are also expected. This role is full-time, and working from home a few days a week can be discussed.
Must have:
- Produce architectural drawings using Autocad.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers.

- Understand architectural principles and construction methods.

Job Details: MERU Studios is seeking an experienced Draftsman/Woman to join their team. As a Drafts person, you will play a crucial role in creating precise and detailed architectural drawings, ensuring that our projects are executed with the utmost accuracy and professionalism. The person must have knowledge of submission and working drawings for DHA and CDA.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and Design: Produce high-quality architectural drawings and plans using Autocad software, adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of architectural designs.
Detailed Documentation: Create comprehensive sets of construction documents, including floor plan elevations, sections, and details, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Material and Code Compliance: Ensure that all architectural drawings and plans comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
Quality Assurance: Review and revise drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications and client expectations.
3D Modeling: Proficiency in 3D modeling tools to create visual representations of architectural designs when required.
Technology Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest software features and industry trends, incorporating technological advancements into your drafting processes. Ready to learn new software
Qualifications:
A related field is preferred.

Salary and Benefits:
45k basic pay. Medical and Fuel benefits will be provided after probation.
