Job Description

We.R.play is seeking an intelligent and highly motivated Senior Game Tester. The ideal candidate is a hardcore mobile gamer with a strong QA background, capable of accurately finding and describing issues in an organized and clear manner. They should be self-starters who can work independently on their own initiative, critically analyzing games from both user and developer perspectives.

Good To Have:

Good leadership
Knowledge of all we.R.play games
Bachelor's Degree in CS
X-code usage experience
Android / iOS device usage experience
Worked with external (foreign) clients

Must Have:

Critically analyze games through both user and developer perspectives
Strong communication skills
Manual Black box testing of iOS / Android games
Find bugs, report issues, and verify new features with limited supervision
Document bugs with clear reproduction steps
Maintain bugs in a database through their entire life cycle
Work closely with other teams
Own all or part of the testing effort on multiple projects simultaneously
Compose daily and weekly reports to the team manager and point of contact
Review feature lists and creative documentation to track quality
Work with team leads to improve the quality of all deliverables
Give suggestions and feedback on we.R.play games
Games QA experience
Solid grasp of QA cycle and processes
Understanding of black box testing of games
Basic understanding of Unity
Ability to play games or test software for long periods
Willingness to work extended hours when necessary

Additionally, they would be self-starters and work independently on their own initiative.Responsibilities: * Critically analyse games through both user and developer perspectives.* Strong communication skills.* Manual Black box testing of iOS / Android games.* Find bugs, report issues, and verify new features on the assigned project with limited supervision.* Document bugs with clear and straightforward reproduction steps and identify similar problems to what is being tested.* Issue identification outside of the normal test boundaries (testing outside the box).* Maintain bugs in a database through their entire life cycle.* Work closely with other teams.* Own all or part of the testing effort on multiple projects simultaneously.* Compose daily and weekly reports to the team manager and point of contact.* Review feature lists and creative documentation to track the quality of tools and processes during QA testing.* Work together with the team leads and the team to improve the quality of all deliverables* Give suggestions and feedback on we.R.play games.Requirements: * Good communication skills.
