DRY ETCH PEE Engineer

This role involves establishing and improving process conditions and technology, upgrading process capability, and reducing production costs. The engineer will also be responsible for establishing and modifying process management projects, setting up process parameters for semiconductor equipment, and evaluating new equipment and materials. Additionally, the position requires abnormal analysis and improvement initiatives.
