Job Summary
ZURU is seeking an entry-level Ecommerce Coordinator to join their LA-based team, focusing on the company's Amazon and pureplay retail presence in North America. This role involves hands-on experience in ecommerce content, operations, and platform execution across various brands and categories. The coordinator will support daily content and catalog management for Amazon US, Canada, and Mexico, as well as assist with other retailers like Chewy. Key responsibilities include building product portfolios, preparing presentations, maintaining catalog integrity, executing content updates using internal tools like Salsify, and supporting new product launches and vendor compliance. The role also involves reporting on product activation and content status, and coordinating with design, brand, and ads teams for asset management and storefront updates.
Must Have

Job Description
What You'll Do
- Key Responsibilities:
- Help Build, collate and help develop product portfolios and prepare via Go To Market framework and timelines.
- Help build out meaningful presentations that utilize ZURU financial and sales reporting.
- Develop the ability to handle smaller Ecommerce/Marketplace accounts.
- Content & Syndication Execution
- Assist in maintaining master catalog integrity on Amazon Vendor Central utilizing our internal tools.
- Perform regular content health checks and flag issues (e.g. title truncation, image errors, bullet formatting) for resolution.
- Learn our internal tools such as Salsify - Execute updates to Amazon A+ Content / EBC modules using Salsify Labs and Salsify Channels.
- Support upload of product content via Salsify, ensuring clean syndication to Amazon US, CA, MX and Chewy.
- Vendor Central & Vendor Support
- Support New product template completion including ASIN creation, content population, and pricing input.
- Support the launch of Amazon Canada and Mexico portfolio utilizing US selection framework. Troubleshoot localized itemization and packaging.
- Track compliance-related ASIN suppression and work cross-functionally with the merchandising team to ensure documents are submitted on time.
- Support Toys Set calendar prep by ensuring content is fully loaded and timelines are met.
- Reporting & Insights
- Maintain reporting dashboards for product activation live dates, content status, and storefront progress.
- Support documentation and recap of A/B testing results and performance-based content changes.
- Be able to communicate issues outward to Amazon & other Marketplaces through their ticketing systems and escalation stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Execution
- Coordinate with the Design and Brand teams to request and organize missing assets.
- Assist with building and QA of Amazon Brand Storefront updates (page structure, PDP linking, creative).
- Prepare creative and content assets for the Ads team in advance of campaign launches.
What You'll Bring
- oโ2 years of experience in ecommerce, content coordination, or marketing support.
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Salsify is a plus; training provided.
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and capable of managing multiple content pipelines.
- Confident working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and sales.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable with templates and asset tracking.
