Job Description

Develop monthly and yearly sales plans and report on monthly/yearly operational performance. Research the market, trends, and analyze competitor performance to provide recommendations for the company. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional content for sales events and major campaigns (seeding, social channels, in-shop, on-site...). Responsible for managing activities on Shopee and Tiktok Shop platforms, maintaining optimal shop metrics (chat response, cancellation rate, returns...). Work with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate gift product delivery. Assist with product packaging for shipping. Handle operational issues including customer complaints, Shopee/TikTok Shop policy violations, negative customer reviews, and customer support via messaging. Coordinate and support marketing activities such as trade fairs, customer conferences, and advertising/PR programs. Perform tasks as requested by superiors.

Lập kế hoạch doanh số tháng & năm và báo cáo hiệu quả hoạt động tháng/năm.
Nghiên cứu thị trường, xu hướng, phân tích chỉ số hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh, đưa ra phương án cho công ty.
Làm việc với team marketing triển khai các bài truyền thông về chương trình sale, chiến dịch lớn trong tháng và năm (seeding, kênh social, inshop, on-site...).
Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý các hoạt động trên sàn Shopee, Tiktok shop. Duy trì các chỉ số trong shop đạt mức tốt nhất (phản hồi chat, tỷ lệ đơn hủy, hoàn trả...).
Làm việc với team kho để đảm bảo đơn hàng đi đúng tiến độ và gửi đúng các sản phẩm quà tặng.
Hỗ trợ đóng gói sản phẩm để đưa cho bên vận chuyển
Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong khâu vận hành gồm: xử lý khiếu nại của khách, kháng các lỗi vi phạm chính sách Shopee, TikTok Shop, lý các đánh giá tiêu cực của khách hàng, chăm sóc khách hàng qua tin nhắn.
Phối hợp và hỗ trợ các hoạt động với team marketing như: hội chợ, hội nghị khách hàng, các chương trình quảng cáo và PR.
Thực hiện công việc theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
