The E-Commerce Security Expert will be responsible for enforcing intellectual property rights, investigating counterfeit items, and managing online reporting systems. Key duties include monitoring and enforcing policies for unauthorized resellers and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) across third-party platforms. The role also involves data analysis, sales support for 3P resellers, and identifying operational improvements to protect brand interests. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and adaptable to the fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Must Have:- Enforce intellectual property infringements, including counterfeit, copyright, trademark, and patent infringement.
- Develop analytical and real-world insights to identify suspected counterfeit items.
- Support in executing long- and short-term department objectives related to online investigations.
- Maintain an online reporting system and database for grey market activity and counterfeit investigations.
- Monitor and own start-to-end process for investigating unauthorized resellers of RAM Mounts products.
- Enforce Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies across all 3rd party platforms.
- Assist in monthly data aggregation of distributor sell-through reports.
- Own start-to-end process for communicating and enforcing RAM's Do Not Sell List.
- Review, audit and approve associated Authorized Partner Policy documents.
- Follow through with weekly cadence reports to distribution partners.
- Compiling and writing reports of findings (counterfeit reporting, test buys, etc.).
- Manage 3P reseller book of business.
- Finding new and innovative ways to better protect brand interests.
- Identify and develop internal process improvements to enhance individual and team throughput.
