As retailers and brands invest more and more into customer insights, promotion personalization and retail media, NIQ Activate brings a holistic customer-centric AI solution enabling retailers to manage their loyalty data and optimize all their activities in bridging the gap between retailers, suppliers and their customers.
The Regional Director will lead the Activate commercial Sales and Analytics teams. With full accountability to make the Activate portfolio the industry standard, the Regional Director needs to be a seasoned leader with a proven track record, and a very good understanding of the Retail Loyalty space. The requirement is to drive awareness, business development, support the execution of every project, as well as the ongoing engagement and value proposition to the retailer and supplier clients.
This leader will play a critical role in the development and execution of partnership plans to achieve the joint NIQ and retailer client objectives, from lead generation, to contract closing and ongoing monetization of retailer data. They will also have the opportunity to get hands-on experience with a range of product, marketing, and sales activities, and evolve with the company’s scale and growth.
