ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs technical support activities related to operation with engineering approaches to achieve the organization's goal and to effectively respond each work request in term of productivity, quality and cost
• Assess the feasibility of software solutions by evaluating available hardware , budget , resources and project requirements
• Designing, building and develop the front-end and Back-end website , web applications or Dashboard system with ASM Tool system
• Develop software solutions by studying needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, and investigating problem areas
• Managing software projects from priorities, deadlines and deliverables to improve Automation Assembly line efficiency
• Coordinates with other sections including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to operation support
• Establishes appropriate performance report and performs related work as assignedPerforms manufacturing quality monitoring, improvement, problem solving
• Improve automation line efficiency by data analytics and predictive maintenance methodology
• Perform Failure Analysis from defect symptom and define root cause, corrective action and preventive action
• Perform Mitsubishi PLC Program Editor, modification and problem solving is preferred
• Think and create idea for productivity improvement, capacity improvement, quality improvement and related
• Supervises engineers and technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way
• Performs related work as assigned
• Able to learn technology to improve skills and problem-solving

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Software, Information Technology, AI Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.  The expected start date for this position is in July 2025
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

PREFERRED:

• HDD manufacturing/Electronics business is advantage
• Automation Technology.
• Knowledge of Process Excellence or Six Sigma and Preventive Maintenance
• Knowledge of HDD automation technology, equipment tool design, and innovation skills

SKILLS:

• Skills in Project Management, Problem-solving, Decision-making and Coaching
• Skills in Web application, and PLC machines
• Programming in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, Python, .NET, Visual C#, AWS, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Docker, Web Service, Micro Service, HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, JSON, XML, GitLab, CI/CD, PHP 
• Database skills in MS SQL and PostgreSQL
• Basic in Equipment, Tool design and lean management
• Good command in English Communication (Speaking, Listening, and Reading)
• Good  in Presentation and communication
