The IS&T Retail Engineering organization aims to deliver intuitive, seamless, and inspiring customer shopping experiences through interactions with people, products, and services. The Retail Engineering Programs team is searching for a highly skilled Engineering Project Manager to lead programs of diverse scale and complexity for the Financing and Retail Systems (FRS) organization. This role demands a combination of technical expertise and project management experience to achieve successful project outcomes, requiring exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities for efficient execution of Retail projects. The EPM will lead and mentor project team members, fostering accountability and driving performance excellence.
