The IS&T Retail Engineering organization aims to provide intuitive, seamless, and inspiring customer shopping experiences. The Apple Store App Team, a highly cohesive team, develops mobile e-commerce and retail experiences through the Apple Store App for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. They are also responsible for Apple’s next-generation platform for customer engagement and communication through Messaging apps like Apple Messages and WeChat. This involves creating new products, services, and customer experiences in a fast-paced environment where individual creativity contributes to extraordinary work. The team works collaboratively to strengthen each other's ideas and revolutionize entire industries.

Our team creates mobile e-commerce and retail experiences through the Apple Store App for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Our team is also responsible for Apple’s next generation platform for engagement and communication with customers through Messaging apps such as Apple Messages and WeChat.
