Job Description

Tableau, a Salesforce company, empowers people to understand and act on data, recently launching Tableau Next, an Agentic Analytics platform. This role seeks an Account Executive in Sweden to help Enterprise organizations leverage Tableau Next's data-driven decision-making capabilities. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, building relationships with C-level executives, collaborating with internal teams, and managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to close.
Must have:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Plans
  • Build Relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Collaborate Across Teams with internal resources and Salesforce counterparts
  • Drive Sales Cycles from prospecting to close, ensuring strong pipeline and accurate forecasting
  • Extensive SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions and ability to navigate complex sales environments
  • Ability to engage at all organizational levels and clearly convey platform benefits
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, matrixed environment
  • Fluent in Swedish
  • Fluent in English

Your Role

  • Develop and Execute Sales Plans: Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts and target new prospects.
  • Build Relationships: Engage with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of Tableau.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal resources and Salesforce counterparts to align efforts and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Drive Sales Cycles: Manage complex deals from prospecting to close, ensuring a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Extensive SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS solutions and the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to engage at all organizational levels and clearly convey the benefits of our platform.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative, matrixed environment to achieve common goals.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Swedish and English.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in selling analytics, data, or business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience in cloud or SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Being passioned about Data, AI and Analytics / Tableau.
