What You'll Do

• Oversee and perform accurate bank reconciliations for all US, UK, and Investment Clearing House accounts, adhering to GAAP, Public Accounting Audits, and Federal Regulatory standards.
• Drive the month-end close process by ensuring all reconciliations are properly documented and finalized within established timelines.
• Manage EMEA & APAC entity bank reconciliations, collaborating closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and banking contacts across various regions.
• Identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance control procedures and improve the efficiency of account reconciliation processes.
• Support the team with monthly financial reviews of Clearing House management reports, including journal postings and P&L analysis.
• Respond to internal and external audit requests, ensuring timely and thorough completion.

What You'll Bring

• Proficiency in the full Microsoft Suite of Applications, with a strong aptitude for Excel and manipulating large datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently or collaboratively to achieve goals.
• Previous experience with financial accounting systems is a plus.
• A strong communicator who can articulate issues clearly and concisely to management and cross-functional teams.
