Job Responsibilities

========

1. Responsible for building the HOK Southeast Asia esports event system, adjusting the event framework based on product characteristics and local market changes, and formulating esports development strategies that align with the local market to continuously enhance the influence of HOK Southeast Asia events;

2. Responsible for HOK Southeast Asia event project management, coordinating event preparation/execution work with local teams in various Southeast Asian regions, and collaborating with partner departments to promote event implementation. This includes managing project budget planning, standardizing projects, planning event proposals, vendor management, and event execution;

3. Maintain attention to event data and the esports ecosystem, monitor key data performance, continuously optimize event execution based on user feedback and market insights, and promote the growth of key event data;

4. Follow up on event and market publishing cooperation, assisting local game publishing through initiatives such as team partnerships, public tournaments, and star-making events. Explore and optimize strategies for events to boost game publishing, maintain close cooperation with marketing, operations, and other departments, and promote the conversion of esports users;

Job Requirements

========

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in the esports field; overseas esports event preparation/operation experience preferred;

2. Strong logical thinking, conscientious and responsible, with good teamwork spirit, communication skills, and project management ability;

3. Passionate about games, with a strong spirit of cooperation and resilience, able to adapt to domestic and international event travel rhythms;

4. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with good remote cross-team collaboration ability.
