Experienced Manager to co-lead the development and coordination of a consulting team focused on Finance S&O including GBS in Egypt. The ideal candidate will manage local resources, drive sales, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset. This role requires consulting experience and strong expertise in Finance, with fluency in German and English being essential. Key responsibilities include leading team setup, managing resources, contributing to sales, collaborating on integrated GBS solutions, supporting strategic plans, and building client relationships.
Must have:
  • Co-lead the setup, coordination, and leadership of a high-performing consulting team for GBS and TOM initiatives in Egypt.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop on-site resources to ensure high-quality project delivery and continuous professional growth.
  • Contribute to sales generation by leveraging industry knowledge, professional networks, and engaging in proposal development, client meetings, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, HR, IT) to deliver integrated GBS solutions, focusing on end-to-end process optimization.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic plans for the ETIC GBS team, focusing on scalability, market trends, and long-term growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure long-term engagement, satisfaction, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and forward-thinking decision-making.
  • Proven sales acumen, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and leveraging business opportunities, coupled with change management capabilities.

  • Master’s degree (MBA) in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of professional experience either in industry or management consulting.
  • Strong functional background in Finance.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Target Operating Models.
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams and contributing to business growth.
  • Willingness to travel internationally based on project needs.
Good to have:
  • Additional knowledge across other functions (beyond Finance).
  • Experience working in a GBS environment.

Key qualifications:

  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
  • 5–7 years of professional experience either in industry or management consulting
  • Strong functional background in Finance with additional knowledge across other functions being a plus
  • Additional experience working in a GBS environment is a plus
  • Experience in designing and implementing Target Operating Models
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams and contributing to business growth
  • Willingness to travel internationally based on project needs
