Job Description & Summary

Experienced Manager to co-lead the development and coordination of a consulting team focused on Finance S&O incl. GBS in Egypt. The ideal candidate will manage local resources, drive sales, & demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and has consulting experience & strong expertise in Finance (ideally add. functions). Fluency in German & English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-lead the setup, coordination, and leadership of a high-performing consulting team for GBS and TOM initiatives in Egypt, ensuring eff. role allocation, governance, and methodologies
• Manage, mentor, and develop on-site resources to ensure high-quality project delivery andcontinuous professional growth of the team
• Contribute to sales generation by leveraging industry knowledge, professional networks, andengaging in proposal development, client meetings, and deal closures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, HR, IT) to deliver integratedGBS solutions, focusing on end-to-end process optimization
• Support the development and implementation of strategic plans for the ETIC GBS team,focusing on scalability, market trends, and long-term growth
• Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders toensure long-term engagement, satisfaction, and risk management

Key qualifications:

• Master’s degree (MBA) inBusiness, Management,Finance, or a related field
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
• 5–7 years of professional experience either in industry or management consulting
• Strong functional background in Finance with additional knowledge across other functions being a plus
• Additional experience working in a GBS environment is a plus
• Experience in designing and implementing Target Operating Models
• Demonstrated success in managing teams and contributing to business growth
• Willingness to travel internationally based on project needs
